Review the system acquisition methods from the text and describe which method may have been used in the case studies. What acquisition method would you recommend if you were the project manager for the ERP implementation?
For one of the case studies, provide an overview of the implementation process (e.g., the ERP life cycle, business process re-engineering, project management, and change management) and the role of staff, vendors, consultants, and the organization in making the ERP implementation process successful.
